Waterloo native Darryl Watty has been a successful salesperson since elementary school when he shone beyond his years by using a strategic marketing plan to outsell his entire third grade class during a fundraising venture.

Since then, Darryl has never slowed down. While working on his BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies at the University of Western Ontario, he ran a student painting franchise that was so successful; company executives flew him to Boston for four months after his graduation to help them in their recruiting efforts.

In 2001, Darryl turned his attention to the automotive sector where he began selling family and luxury vehicles. After more than eight productive years of helping clients with major purchase decisions, Darryl will now be aiding consumers in even larger sales and purchases as he joins Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty.

Darryl's clients will not only benefit from his superior sales skills and experience but also from his strong work ethic and optimistic, proactive attitude. Believing that work should never be a chore, Darryl enjoys getting to know his customers so he can be sure he fully understands their wants and needs.

Already in his first year, Darryl has enjoyed great success with Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, being one of the Brokerage Top Achievers six out of his first twelve months as a Rookie REALTOR®. In addition, Darryl has seen the powerful rewards that come from volunteering his time and efforts with Coldwell Banker's Habitat for Humanity "Building Dreams Project" and also sitting on the Kitchener Waterloo Real Estate Board's Education Committee.
