(Kitchener, ON, September 2002)   Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of our Real Estate Consumer Centre, at 508 Riverbend Drive, Kitchener, ON.

Members of the business community will be gathering to celebrate the official ribbon cutting ceremonies scheduled to take place on September 19^th.  Special invitees include Mayor Carl Zehr, Mayor Lynn Wolstencraft and Ken Seiling, Regional Chair.  An open invitation will be extended to the pubic regarding the official Grand Opening on September 21^st.

The new centre occupies 30,000 square feet and brings the full compliment of the company’s residential sales forces as well as the commercial sales division under one roof.  The beautiful state-of-the-art building was conceived and designed to accommodate several innovative real estate related services in a “one-stop” shopping concept including a new homes gallery, retirement lifestyles consulting, mortgage financing, rental services, concierge services, luxury homes marketing and a cottage properties network.
